How the chart is useful to you?
1. You can
calculate your tentative arrears with the help of this chart.
2. The Chart
has two type of calculation:
a) Majithia
Salary (i.e. Your New Projected Salary)
b) Your
Old Salary (which your are getting presently since November 2011)
3. Now you
have to change the values according to your salary.
a) In
Majithia Salary,
Change the Basic Pay in the Nov 2011 Box (Red Colour Box) (Reduce
your basic pay for 20 days as there is only 20 days in Nov2011 after the implementation of award.
Change the Basic Pay in the Dec 2011 Box (Red Colour Box) (Put the Full month Basic pay or
the entire Basic Pay)
4. Next step
is to fill the Boxes in the GREEN area with the help of your Old Salary Slip.
Put the value of Basic
Pay in the box under the head of Basic Pay in the month concerned (Like Nov.2011 salary in the Nov.2011 box)
Put all other value in
the same way.
But don't put the value
of total salary, because it will be calculated automatically.

Your actual total salary and the Total Salary Shown in the Column provided
here, then check all the value filled by you, or in case of difficulty, feel
free to contact the following persons.

5. By using
the above steps, you will get the tentative idea of your payable arrears.
6. Here, you
will also be able to get an idea about your new projected salary.
7. This
calculation is based on the presumption that an employee had joined the
institution in Nov 2011 and now the employee is supposed to get the salary as
Projected here and Payable Arrears as Projected here.
8. The
actual calculation may vary from this chart, after taking into consideration of
the fact of your actual length of service and promotions as awarded by Majithia
in Page Number 19.
